Where do I start a week ago my insurance co highly recommended me to Ami motorhub Onehunga to repair my rear end bumpernI trusted that my brand new car would be repaired at a high standardnLast Tuesday drop off then pickup ThursdaynThursday I find new scratches & rough paint job on my bumper which wasn’t affected in the repairsnSo following week Monday I am dropping my car to have it fixed properly bumper area 730am then 1045am I’m called to pick it up… I’m thinking that was fast…nI pickup my car and see nothing has been done the same scratches and marks were still therenI asked what did they do? Cut & polish?nSo it’s Tuesday 730am I finally meet the centre manager to go over the same issues repeatedly to just fix my bumper properly that’s all I wantnI have contacted my insurance to say how disappointed I am for this problem!

Their professional and honest approach made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate.nIt’s rare to come across this level of integrity and clear communication. They refuse to repair the fan noise as it was part of the accident only repaired the front bumper and bonnet. After explaining to AMI motor hub for many times they didn't fix this with their explanation that my car is aged and this problem has come with an old parts. But the common sense says it doesn't matter the old part but was working before the accident and not working now. Moreover after a few weeks I had to get my car back because of they refused to repair fan noise, I received the car as flat battery lots of dirty marks and birds shit on the glass, looks like I left the car in a car yard. Very Unsatisfied results. Never go back to them again.

Cannot recommend motor hub. They are unable to do anything other than simple repairs. I was recommended motor hub by insurance company, drove 30 minutes there to be told they aren't able to replace a quarter panel on site and i had to make a booking with a different repairer. Very annoying for busy people who have to take time of work to take the car in!
