Ordered an expensive car part, wasn’t at all protected, just in a cardboard box and courier bag absolutely no bubble wrap nothing, todays day and age you’d think they’d be packing it with protection to the max considering careless courier drivers nowadays, won’t be using shipping through this company again, could do better

The experience was good overall. These guys were recommended by my dealers when there was coolant leaking from my Audi A4 2012. They got it fixed over a week along with a few other issues in the engine. Now my car is running better than ever. I've had my car for almost a month now. The fuel efficiency has improved. I can feel the engine running smoothly, the power has increased and also the drive is way more comfortable. Although they are a little expensive but you can be rest assured they won't scam you and is probably the best place for European cars. I'm happy with the professionalism and mechanical expertise. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Qualitat quoted an after market water pump for my vw that was over twice the price that I could buy a genuine one from the vw dealership. They then quoted 4-5 hours labour for the job. I purchased the genuine water pump and replaced it in under 2 hours and I'm not a mechanic. These guys tried it on and the excuse they gave for the overpriced quote was not genuine... stay well clear of these guys.

First time there and vehicle broke down on the waikato motorway due to poor workmanship. Other faults also not rectified, Will rather use VW workshop back in Hamilton going forward.
