AA Auto Centre Henderson

Helped me with a car emergency yesterday when I was clearly very stressed out. Guys were so helpful, excellent customer service and quickly got onto fixing the car. After a couple of hours they got me back on the road. Even gave me a write up to take to previous mechanic. Amazing service, cannot fault them.

Booked Gold Service and WOF as my car was long overdue for a service. There was some unexpected complexity in the Gold Service but the communication was timely and clear. The detail of work and parts needed was good and easy to understand. Connor was amazing. The Service Manager went above and beyond arranging for me to be picked up and dropped off due to the car needing to stay overnight. Totally recommend them for your next service or WOF, Warm friendly and very professional.

I had a wonderful experience dropping my car of to get a WoF completed by the team at AA Henderson. The receptionist was lovely and communication was efficient. The team that completed my WoF also included extra notes which showed that they were thorough with the service as well.nnI'll be taking my car here for servicing next time it's required

Edit Dec 2022: I went back again today, and once again the service was top notch, from the minute I walked in the door, to getting back my keys. I mentioned a problem, and after the mechanic had a look, he called me with options. I appreciated that. There is seating, a lovely AC, and delicious complimentary hot drinks for those waiting.nnAll the staff were friendly. I feel like I had an honest assessment and repair of my vehicle. It did take a bit of planning and everything was contactless under lockdown. I'll definitely make this my regular service centre

I am very disappointed in the repair carried out on my vehicle this week. The vehicle failed it's WOF at the testing station because, amongst other things the front brakes were not balanced. I was advised that new brake pads would be fitted and the brakes balanced. On receiving the repaired vehicle it was taken directly to the testing station, who advised the brakes were more unbalanced than before. Back to AA Service Centre where the mechanic suggested that low tyre pressure could be the cause. I refused to accept this, and spoke to the manager, who kindly arranged transport home, and delivery of the vehicle the next day. We were advised by the mechanic that the brake balancing machine had not been working the day before, even though we had been advised that the balancing issue was repaired. As I said, very disappointing.
