Thank you for such a professional service and fantastic communication. They handled the repair of my car after it was crashed into. Highly recommend,the people I spoke to were amazing!nThis will be my go to going forward. Thank you so much.

I was involved in a not at fault accident and my car was totaled.nnUpon singing up for the policy, I chose what I think is my car’s market value isnnOnce the car was totaled, AA advised me that I have to pay my insurance policy for the whole year I had the policy for one month as it was a new carnnIt did not make sense to me to take over $1,000 of my pay out amount when I was not at faultnnI understand it is your ‘fine line’ policy however it feels like they just wanted to short change mennIf it was genuinely about the policy, they would have taken it from the person who is at fault, not me, the victim.nnI would give them 0 stars but only 1 star for the branch manager who was fairly cooperativennAs a result, I have cancelled all my insurance policies with AA which were a lot and I have 0 intentions of using them in the near futurennI do recommend State insurance as they do not have that sneaky policy and they are also a lot cheaper

The service was very friendly and they kept me up to date on how the repairs were going. Easy to access and very simple to get my repairs sorted and even though they didn’t have a courtesy car available per my policy they had an Uber back up plan that I could use while repairs were being undertaken. Definitely recommend

Service was good and fast. The staff also. Only problem is when I reached home, I noticed a food crumbs at the back seat of my car. I know its not mine and I surrender the car clean. Make sure next time if the staff will eat in my car leave it clean at least.

Wasn't very busy. The fellow who helped me with picking up the repaired vehicle was very helpful. I wanted to check the repair before taking possession. He showed me the before photos and we compared them together.nThe courtesy car was a Kia Stonic. Very nice little vehicle and a pleasure to drive. I was very happy with that for the several days it took to repair the car.nGreat service. Thanks AA
