Fantastic customer service by Smith & Smith Glenfield. Highly recommend! Had my back windscreen smashed overnight and needed a replacement ASAP due to business travel needs. The next morning they fitted a temporary replacement, ordered my new one and had it fitted a day and a half later. Excellent communication throughout the process. A+ Thanks team!

Terrible communication, takes forever to get in contact on phone. They cancelled my booking the day before, after booking it in a week earlier. Poor customer service. Decided they won't change glass on a motorhome and give a stupid excuse re safety. Here's a tip, the windscreens are in the same place as a normal ducato van on a Fiat motorhome. Also they don't tell you until the day before the booking. Much better options out there like Eazy glass who will even come to you.

Horrible replacement for my wrx front windscreen, not the same size as original, and all my clips are missing after replacement, as a result of loose panel which make the water spray angle not in the right position!!! Also my interior eyesight cover did not install correctly and its loose and make sound everytime when im driving!!!! Will make a complain to AMI Insurance

Didn’t have any issues booking it in, but the installation was shocking. They broke my imported air fresher without even mentioning it - messed up the glass coating they encouraged me to pay for so now my brand new windscreen and wipers leave streaks everywhere - and they trashed my rear view mirror and dashcam and just left it all hanging - again with no explanation. Actually feels like a joke - they clearly do not take their work seriously and I’m pretty upset as I care a lot about my car, and it’s come back damaged from what was supposed to be a repair

Excellent service. Windscreen replaced quickly and communication was good. There is a drop slot to leave your key if you don't want to wait till office opening hours. Friendly technicians.
