Awesome place to get work done.nnGot a service done. Was informed of parts that were on their way our, but there was no pressure to get them fixed if they weren't an immediate safety issue. I decided to get some things fixed, but replace other parts myself.nnSuper knowledgeable, able to work on my car even though it's getting up there in age, and willing to talk through all the options available.nnOverall, an awesome experience, would recommend.

Took my new 2nd hand car in to Tony and the team for servicing, they were REALLY helpful with advice, showed me what to do, I usually have 10-15 questions, which they patiently answer and help with. Cannot speak highly enough of their professional team.nI came back later, with a question on how to replace an overhead bulb in my car, they showed me how to derig and uninstall a panel properly without damage. Absolute Champions!

Terrible experiencenBooked my car in for a service and WOF and stated I will be supplying my own oil which is more expensive and better quality than what Toyota supply explained I was happy to pay all other costs.nUpon arrival I was met by Paignot at fault here Tony Supposed to be a Manager decided to take over as she was unaware of my request he then stated I will be charged the full cost regardless of me supplying my own oil or not.nAfter about 10 mins he stated they will carry out what I requested but next time I will be paying full price as that's how they do things at Toyotauntrue as my car has only ever been serviced by Toyota numerous times before and I've always supplied my own oilnAfter leaving their dealership I called another Toyota branch made the exact same booking stated I will supply my own oil and without hesitation they agreed and booked me in.nFurther Hobsonville did not handle this the Toyota way Tony may need to go a complete his T21 training again and may need a refresher on what the Toyota way is.nReason for me supplying my own oil is it is what the engine builder who rebuilt my engine recommended I use....
