Just had a replacement windscreen fitted via Novus's mobile service. Communication from the get go was faultless. Mobile service technician Stan was clearly very experienced & an absolute pleasure to deal with, very polite and most importantly done a superb job. Couldn't have been happier with the service received right from the get go. Thankyou Novus Manukau

I can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism and top-notch customer services. They communicate at every step - keeping me informed about the chip I wasn’t aware before and fixed it on the spot. When I picked up my car the broken glasses pieces and have already been cleaned one less worry for me! and the new glass they put on looks absolutely spotless with great workmanship - Novus has totally exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended A+++++

Pathetic service. Entitled staffs. Made me wait for nearly 1hr and said they got the wrong glass will call the next day and confirm the times. No call returned the next day. Called the before closing just to find out no glass for replacement with the supplier. What if I didn't call and waited for them to call.nWaiting area has no wifi or anything.nI don't the who gave all those 4 and 5 stars.nJob got done at smith n smith. Friendlt staff, free wifi water and coffee.nDo not recommend and nevergoing back.

Very disappointed with the below average service. Booked in week prior for screen replacement and on arrival which I was 20mins early for was told it would take roughly 2hrs.nnThen as I was waiting in the waiting area, I overhear another customer speaking about a booking he had for today that the admin staff were unaware of. At this stage the admin staff appear to be unsettled and rushing around chasing their tails and that’s when I am informed by the receptionist that I will need to rebook because they don’t have my window screen and I didn’t tell them when initially making the booking, I informed the lady it was mentioned it was a station wagon and that info was also provided along with my registration. Very frustrating as I had taken today off specifically for this to be done.nnWill not be coming back to the Manukau branch again

Great services, not sure what happened as my side door have inside matks, I'll need to contact them, but don't think is much can be done to fix it. Is the film on the window a bit damaged
