Really enjoyed our lunch here, the staff were super friendly, they had a good selection on offer and everything was reasonably priced. All the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It's really hard finding such well made and smooth coffee. Will gladly return.
A gorgeous little cafe in the heart of Rotorua city - has a vintage meets artist vibe. Lovely, friendly, smiling staff. And honestly super prompt service. Mocha was perfect, not too sweet not too bitter - was just a tad hot. I was in a rush to go back to work, but otherwise I would definitely have stayed longer for food. They have a such a large selection of cabinet food looks so beautifully displayed too and cooked meals Parking: Free 60 minute parking on the street right outside the Cafe - around 10-15 parks.
Dropped in for lunch this Tuesday recommended by Josh at Rotorua Duck. The cafe was getting quiet after the lunchtime rush. Food was out fast and very tasty. We had the sirloin open sandwich and a chicken burger. Both were served with curly fries and salad. Staff were very helpful.
Love coming here, staff/owner are all really friendly and there is a great selection of food. I know they make alot in-house and they are very accommodating with any dietary preference or requirement which makes things so easy/simple. Mushrooms on toast and beef burger were great. I enjoyed my coffee, the other diners energiser smoothie didn't taste like much but they prefer not to say anything/cause a fuss so didn't say anything and left it. We will def be back, really enjoy the atmosphere and the food. Cheers! Vegetarian options: Great options available Dietary restrictions: Their cabinet has many options that are keto/gf/df/vegan and the menu has options too. Makes things easy when you have a group!
We visited this place for lunch as it was recommended by the staff at Silverfern Rotorua Suited & Spa. We have no regrets. The food was good and the service staff were nice. Food came fast. We ordered the salmon eggs benedict, mince on toast, seafood chowder, and a flat white Was especially impressed by the seafood chowder. It was full of flavour with a generous portion of seafood.
Excellent place to get breakfast, the eggs benedict was great - the bacon and hollandaise in particular were so good! The creamy mushrooms were also delicious according to my partner - probably the best she has ever had! The portion size for both meals were just right, not too heavy or too light. There are a whole lot of sweet treats to choose from as well. We took a few to takeaway.
Great service, very popular! Bacon in the big breakfast was too crispy for my liking, I thought I was biting wood chips... You will like the seafood chowder if you like turmeric. Coffee was above average though!
Great little cafe with large selection of cabinet food and menu items that will cater for a range of different dietary requirements. Keto burger SO fluffy juicy beef pattie was well spiced~ If you are less fussy, Venison burger is also a good choice, plus it comes with curly fries, fancy & crispy~ Dietary restrictions: Keto
This is my first visit at scope! I had the mince on toast, it is one of the best mince I've had in NZ, but the toast was disappointing as the mince had soaked through and soggy toast isn't great on my palate. Love, love the hash browns. The cafe has the widest variety of cabinet food and sweet treats and they are awesome. But fair warning, all the desserts slices are sweet! We took home 4 slices and we were pretty impressed. We will definitely be back! Vegetarian options: A few options, the usual suspects!
Nice quirky place with big variety and friendly staff. Seating is decent, place was nice and warm. The drinks selection is a bit weak otherwise fantastic Cafe.
