Very good service and very helpful well priced

They tow my stolen car just 3 km from their service center nd charged me 500 $, crazy prices

They didn't give me a price and when I asked them they gave me attitude and decided to charge me anyway regardless. Then they decided to give me a price after having already sent someone to tow my car. Completely dodgy and I do not recommend this service to anyone they will rip you off and threaten to take you to court if you don't pay their dodgy prices. Even though people work hard for their money companies like Rotorua Towing like to take advantage of them at the customers expense.

Every single experience from the moment I was approached by ''Andrea'' the receptionist lady and the``manger' himself was absolutely disqusting these people should not be the Head or the face of a company along with there costs, they gave out false information to me and illegally held my vehicle from me for half hours time. I cannot wait for the company I went through to no longer deal with there company and joining me with laying a formal complaint and further if necessary! No words other then pure DISQUST

Karrie came to pick up our damaged trailer. She was outstanding. Friendly. Knowledgeable and super helpful. Thank you so much.very much appreciated
