I can see good reviews done few years ago. But TODAY the reality is different. Staff are not well looked after. Poor management!! Specific manager cannot even answer basic questions to Staff. Yes, they have Great apartment space and trees, garden. Looks well inside. But it lacks in food quality and how staff are treated by managers. Look after your staff, and they will naturally work better! I have been through many companies in all sectors and got few friends who worked in Cantabria. Apparently, it used to be a nice place until someone changed everything. And probably rather than considering my comment you will try to defend yourself now. This is not a harsh comment of mine here, but a reality I have seen and heard from others.
Started off good. I would NEVER EVER leave mum the again, substandard hospital care.
Worst place , nurses stay away from here.The last review just below is straight from his heart, i can see it.
Very poor management needs better trained staff.
