The Raye Freedman Arts Centre is a theatre complex situated adjacent to Epsom Girls Grammar School on the corner of Gillies Avenue and Silver Road. It comprises a main auditorium with rehearsal and drama rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, booking office and a large open foyer suitable for functions.

Nice theatre with a big stage. There is not much parking nearby. Moreover, it is beside a school.

This is good fairly central performance space with dry acoustics more suited to musicals and theatre rather than orchestral which is not very forgiving for more lush works although the sound shells help to degree. The venue's facilities are comfortable with good backstage changing areas, kitchen green room etc. The audience seating is comfortable with good viewing all around. The theatre is well designed to cater for mid sized numbers. Stage help with lighting seating etc is very good. The stage pit can be lowered. I just wish the acoustic was more forgiving!

Went to the filming of 5 minutes of Fame for Maori television. Great atmosphere great sound... awesome experience

Been here a couple of times for shows, lovely fairly small auditorium so easy to see and hear the performers.

Came here for a matariki glow show. It was great and we really enjoyed it. The room was cozy not too big and not too small.

Had a dance performance here for my children, great facility, parking can be tight with the one way street but plentiful once chaos dies down.

Great place to b. Very nice stage. Was there for the RDS dance show

Lovely venue and most importantly great acoustics so often overlooked.

AMAZING VENUE - with a fantastic team!  It was the perfect venue for my event and could not fault my experience!
