Ramen Takara Browns Bay

Lovely authenic ramen restaurant. Extremely rich and flavourful soup base and you can choose your own noodle type and thickness. I like that they have a good variety of starters to choose from. We had karaage chicken, crispy noodles salad and tempura shitake mushroom which was very juicy.nnThe food were delicious and well presented. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal the only improvement I would suggest is to ventilation. It was hot and humid when we visited. The fan was not turned on and there is no air conditioning so it felt quite stuffy. We had to step outside for fresh air half way through the meal. Other than, it's highly recommended if you're after a good bowl of Japanese ramen.

Drinks came out quickly, food arrived promptly, and the team maintained a calm and friendly presence the entire time.nnIt is rare to find a place where both the service and the food are equally impressive, but Ramen Takara Browns Bay achieves exactly that. The pork mince ramen is a standout dish that I would recommend to anyone, whether you are a long time ramen lover or trying it for the first time.

Attentive staff. We were offered a booth in a smaller area - will try to get a table in the main area next time. Enjoyed the food. A little bit more expensive than expected but we haven’t dined out in a while!

I love this place! Really good food and service. Prices are reasonable, too. There's not really a downside, but if you're seated in the separate booths in the hallway, you lose some of the atmosphere, but if you're looking for some privacy, that's the spot. 5 stars!!
