Absolutely beautiful place to say if you’re looking for a relaxing get away! Beautiful scenery & space. We loved the pool area where our son spent majority of his time & the spa. The apartment where we stayed was like a home away from home & so clean & tidy. The only downside for us was how hot the upstairs was - we couldn’t even sleep up there it was so hot! But all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time there & would recommend to anyone.
It was a fabulous place to stay and had everything that you needed on-site. The accommodation felt like home from home and we cooked every day we were here. The beds we very comfortable and the shower was great and the extra bonus was having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the accommodation. I agree with another person that something needs to be done with the recycling facilities but you will find that all American hotels are terrible at using plastics and not recycling.
Love our stay with this apartment. Smooth after hours check in. Well equipped and helpful front desk. Fantastic lake view and free bike hire. Definitely will come back.Rooms: 5/5
Our stay at Ramada was simply phenomenal. The property is well maintained, and at a minimal distance from Rotorua airport. The apartments are spacious. The morning lake view from the balcony makes it even better. Definitely recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Loved our stay at the Ramada. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of beds and space for a bigger family. Nice little community for evening or morning walks with activities like tennis and giant chess.Rooms: 5/5
This 4-star hotel stands out as an excellent choice in NZ. The range of entertainment options, from sports to scenic views and a well-maintained pool and gym, is impressive. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, moreover, the receptionist Oni is a warm and welcoming person. Overall, a top-notch stay for those seeking a comprehensive and enjoyable getaway. Once you’ve been here, very likely you will go again! I wish I could give 6 star review for this property. Whoever manages this Ramada is very sensible and thoughtful of their audience.
Felt very well taken care of. You can tell whoever owns this place takes great pride in it, as it was super clean and organized. They even called to check in once we settled in and to see if we needed anything before the office closed for the night. At every corner there were little touches that showed how much they care about keeping this place in good shape and I’ve never felt that way about any place I’ve stayed before. Honestly heartwarming
It'd have been a great stay with 5-star rating if not for the following issues: - The venetian blinds in the bedrooms didn't block the light. We woke up early in the morning because of the light. Proper curtains or blinds should have been used. - Pretty bad low quality bedding - It's quite hot upstairs but there's only one portable fan. There should have been 2 fans or aircond Other than those issues, everything else was great.
Wonderful small resort, surrounded by water, a nice pool, even a gym and a restaurant; extremely clean and well-kept. 20 minutes to Rotorua, which feel less, as driving in that area is really relaxed and full of beautiful sights. Loved it!!Rooms: 5/5
Fantastic place to stay. Rooms, facilities are excellent. Only let down is the noise from the traffic in the mornings. Definitely coming back though. Rooms: Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage, comfortable beds and clean.
