Great, maybe a bit more conversation with us, like did you enjoy your stay etc.. No phone and no menu in room so we didn't order..so lost out on Money there. Otherwise very beautiful view.
Vivek went out of his way to make our stay perfect for our anniversary. Spa was perfect, food was yummy, beautiful views over looking the river. Highly recommended
Great setting. Great steak. Poor standard of cleanliness, dirty hand rails. Just needs a darn good clean. Staff were pleasant and obliging.
Superb location with amazing views. We enjoyed a beautiful lake view, could even enjoy a lovely bath with view. Buffet breakfast delicious and although didn't dine in for dinner did enjoy time in the bar. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room service snacks also delicious. Will come again with the kids next time, thanks Team VR
Plug had a hole in it which was super handy when trying to run a relaxing bath. Got interrupted by room service delivering rubbish bin. Food beautiful
Atrocious customer service, will never book the VR Rotorua Lake Resort again and definitely not recommended
Not a bad spot. Awesome views. About 10 mins out from Rotorua not bad.
