Location was great however rooms were not really good definitely need renovation ,bathroom was damage.Staff was friendly and polite. Bathroom has moulds. Doesn’t have anything like hotel . I will never come back to this .After that I contact one of staff name Rose who was really helpful and she gave us a very good apartment. Which I really enjoy

Not great. Arrived and found dried blood on our bathroom wall, upon alerting reception was told there was no space to change our rooms and that cleaners would deal to it the following day - waited all day for them to arrive but nothing, I had to go looking for them myself.nStaff let themselves into our room after hours ~9.30pm while we were asleep to drop off toilet paper we had requested much earlier in the day left us feeling very shaken up and unsafenBathroom was growing mould as stated in other reviews. There was tagging throughout the room on walls and light fixtures.nEmail complained after our stay, to which the manager did apologize, and told me I should have complained more during the stay if I wanted solutions.nnWith staff allowing themselves into our room while we slept, we did not feel comfortable enough to make a scene while staying. With no intention to clean blood after my complaint on day one I did not have faith anything would be done to fix mould etc during our stay. This hotel lacks pride and basic hygiene standards.nWould not reccomend. If accommodation elsewhere was available over our dates we would have left.

This 'hotel' is disgustingly unclean. I booked to stay here pre and post surgery. There was black mould all over the bathroom roof no ventilation, smeared blood on the architraves, cigarette butts and the room had clearly been smoked in. The neighbour in the unit next door had been bitten by bed bugs overnight. They were doing construction works which hadn't been disclosed at time of booking so there were power tools going all the time, very noisy. Swimming pool was green. We were refused a refund by the manager, who didn't take any responsibility for the cleaners, and we had to relocate to a different hotel. Strongly advise NOT staying here.

The place is like the website photos plus 2-4 years or being runned down and no maintenance. The pool is not blue, its deep green with algae and surface is falling apart. The 'spa' is a mini gazeboo with a jacuzzi in it and an 'out of order' sign on ita door. The room we got was terrible with moldy bathroom, and we where offered to choose from two exchange rooms that where also moldy, just a little bit less. There where construction all day in the same building we stayed in and garbage dumpster was placed right in front the rooms with building trash and food leftovers that smelled really bad. The daily housekeeping was nice, but if its like a cheap motel instead of a hotel, it does not help much.

Booked and paid for our room October last year. Arrived for an overnight stay pending our hospital visit the next day for husband's cancer treatment. Greeted with BLACK MOULD as per pics and disgusting ROTTING SMELL. Asked to transfer rooms - unavailable. Asked for a refund - unavailable. Still no refund almost 9 months later. Incredible lack of customer service and disgusting standard of accommodation. Still waiting Roz, appalling Manager, who wants to stay in this germ-ridden filth....what an embarrassment. You took our money, served us with a terrible room and won't refund or credit. NOT HAPPY.
