Fernz Motel & Apartments Birkenhead

We cannot fault Fernz. We are always welcomed like family, not just a guest. The rooms are very thoughtfully laid out withnample space to relax in. Beds are very comfortable . All parking is undercover. After our first stay we knew would be back when visiting Auckland. The service has continued to be excellent.nThank you for giving us a peaceful and secure 'home away from home 'nAlison and Rod Ede.

Stayed three nights. Room was amazing. Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable with great kitchenette and balcony. Very quiet but close to lovely shops, restaurants and cafes. Supermarket nearby too. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Manager was great.nRoom was amazing from large fridge/freezer,washer and dryer to large patio. Absolutely outstanding.

Our little apartment was very smart and clean. It was perfect for our one night stay. We wished we could have stayed longer to explore the interesting looking shops restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. It's in a quiet area but just 5 minutes walk to the busy road and the Highbury Mall. Easy assess to all the restaurants and supermarkets. Some of the rooms have amazing sea views.nWe have experienced some problems but Jan is so friendly and helpful .
