I'm so glad l chose this motel to book for our two nights away... Beautiful rooms with everything you would need while staying there. Clean today and very new. Great location was a quick walk up the road for dinner and the choices are endless. The staff were very efficient and helpful. If l had anything bad to say it would be if you have a big car.. Parking in the garage can be a bit tight but it is do-able if you take your time. Great place great location great price.

Really glad we booked this place. It had everything fully furnished apartment. Staff were really good, secure place, nice and quiet, convenient - basically everything that you need in a accommodation.

Staff were very friendly and its obvious they take alot of pride in Fernz. Everything you would need is located near by, especially enjoyed doing the walks thru the bush to Chelsea sugar refinery and beaches. Would definitely recommend this accomodation.

The apartment itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It included a full-size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and even heated floors and towel rails in both bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the main living area kept the space warm and pleasant.nnCheck-in was smooth and welcoming, with a friendly staff member who made us feel right at home. Communication throughout our stay was excellent; we received an email mid-week confirming the timing of a scheduled full clean, which we appreciated as part of maintaining the apartment's high standard. Daily housekeeping kept the apartment fresh with new towels and replenished supplies when needed.nnThe apartment was also very quiet, both day and night, and felt extremely safe and secure. It’s in a great location within walking distance to local shops, and on-site parking was a convenient bonus.nnWe had absolutely no issues during our stay and truly loved every minute. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Fernz Motel and Apartments to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.

I stayed for a second time at Fernz. I love this neighborhood and the room/apartment was great. But the wireless was so weak that I had to stand in the hall next to the router to access the internet.
