Very clean, well-designed, quiet, peaceful and well-designed rooms with good decor. Has everything you need with the mini kitchen and even an ironing board and laundry. The staff are polite and warm. Location is fabulous as walking distance to cute Highbury, easy drive, ferry or bus to city. Why stay in the city? This is better.

I stayed at this motel for just over a week late January and I really loved it. The room was large and comfortable. The amenities like a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer were an absolute luxury. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was so close to good food and grocery stores, too! I would stay here again with no hesitation! You should too!!

I'm so glad l chose this motel to book for our two nights away... Beautiful rooms with everything you would need while staying there. Clean today and very new. Great location was a quick walk up the road for dinner and the choices are endless. The staff were very efficient and helpful. If l had anything bad to say it would be if you have a big car.. Parking in the garage can be a bit tight but it is do-able if you take your time. Great place great location great price.

This place is run by local trible who has no idea about hospitality & customer service! They will speak to you in a rude and condescending way and accuse you for stealing hotel property and charge you for it without consent. Total joke of a place. Shame the property is nice but the people running the place aren't.nnBased on first hand experience and their comments on other reviews - they are ready to argue and don't care about customers.

The apartment itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It included a full-size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and even heated floors and towel rails in both bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the main living area kept the space warm and pleasant.nnCheck-in was smooth and welcoming, with a friendly staff member who made us feel right at home. Communication throughout our stay was excellent; we received an email mid-week confirming the timing of a scheduled full clean, which we appreciated as part of maintaining the apartment's high standard. Daily housekeeping kept the apartment fresh with new towels and replenished supplies when needed.nnThe apartment was also very quiet, both day and night, and felt extremely safe and secure. It’s in a great location within walking distance to local shops, and on-site parking was a convenient bonus.nnWe had absolutely no issues during our stay and truly loved every minute. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Fernz Motel and Apartments to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.
