Best customer service I've had for an extremely long time. Rooms are quite dated and long overdue for a refresh. The sleep quality was 10/10 very dark and quiet rooms once the curtains are drawn. In my room the door didn't pull close automatically, the toilet creaked, the bar fridge was empty, there was no shower extractor fan and the ceiling fan was faulty. The sink tap neck was so short I had to squash my hands against the back of the sink to wash them.

First up...big shout out to all the Staff here. You are all brilliant from reception to the Restaurant to house keeping. Your authentic and professionalism shone through.nnI stayed two nights for work. I was absolutely shattered after having to detour due to road closures when i arrived.nThe check in was super quick and polite.nI decided to eat at the Restaurant rather than get room service....and far out what an absolute treat. That duck was the best ive ever had. The service, care and warmth helped ease away the long days travel.nnThe beds had excellent comfort and really nice soft linen.nI also appreciated the easy free parking.nnThank you everyone. It was a pleasure.

I had a fabulous stay. From the moment I stepped through the door I received friendly and efficient service with excellent surroundings and amenities. The hotel is top notch but the staff are the true stars. A big thank you and special mention to Tim who went out of his way to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We recently had a small family getaway and had a lot of options, but this hotel really stood out, especially due to the price difference compared to others nearby. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and we loved the heated swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. In fact, my little one has been talking non-stop about how she wants to work at a hotel when she’s older so she can make guests feel as happy as she felt during our stay

We booked this one night during a quick business visit to NP. We booked it on the fact it seemed very reasonable. Wow, so impressed! Lovely spacious room and nicely decorated. We had a swim in the heated pool and spa that evening and it was a great way to spend the evening. Breakfast in The Orangery was nice and reasonably priced. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Great value for money - wish we’d booked a couple of nights!
