The room we had was very clean and tidy, decor was a bit dated, but not a big deal. Did feel a little unsafe getting out of the shower as there was quite a step down to get out of it.nBed was very comfortable.nThe breakfast was good and the host Bridget? was so lovely and welcoming each time we went in.nThe salt water spa and heated pool were just amazing and we really enjoyed these. There was a nice outdoor seating area between the pool and the bar which was pleasant to use.nReceptionist Michelle was lovely and always seemed cheerful and happy to see everyone, which made a great first impression for us.nLocation was great and was easy walking distance to town.nWill happily stay here again.

We held our family reunion at The Plymouth this Labour Weekend and all 45 of us would like to extend our appreciation and congratulations to the owners, the staff, ALL the staff for providing an excellent venue, absolutely fantastic service, amazingly great food. Thank you. Not that there were any problems but staffmemers went out if their way to assist and checked in to ensure everyone was happy. Accommodation was superb! Highly recommend the Plymouth. The scent of fresh orchids and flowers were noticeable when entering the main lobby. We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check in was smooth.nWe got a complimentary executive room upgrade which has a private access to the car park. Our room was just at the looby giving us quick steps to the pool and gym, how cool!!nThe heated salted pool and spa were 5 stars!!nRoom service and amenities was average. Neat rooms and has complimentary tea and coffee, very basic toiletries.nCheck out was also a breeze. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

My first choice when staying for work and we have booked for November for a 3 night vacation.nNice clean tidy rooms awesome service from all the staff that can not be faulted.nGreat meals in the restaurant no delays just good old spot on customer service.nThank you to you allnRegardsnSteve

The service here is exceptional. Both housekeeping and reception staff are so friendly, always address me by name, and will help out in anyway possible - nothing is too much trouble.nThe only slight negative is that decor within the unit is somewhat old and tired.
