Plymouth International

Stayed here mid 2023, great stay. Booked 2 rooms, one of them had to be a more expensive one as they only had one cheaper one left but when we arrived they upgraded the other one as well for free! The staff were so kind, rooms were clean and looked good. The pool was a massive plus and it was heated so we swam in it after dark in the middle of winter! Will definitely be staying here again.

Always try and stay here for work at least once every couple of months. A few laps of the heated pool followed by a nice spa is perfect. The wonderful staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Although the menu has changed in the on-site restaurant, the food is still delicious.

Accessible rooms great. Only down side are getting to the curtains little awkward with 2 chairs and a small table. You can ask these to be removed. Bathroom great with fold down shower seat. Thoroughly recommend staying.

This is the only place I stay when in New Plymouth. Fabulous restaurant, yummy kai and service. I enjoy the spa. I recommend the porchetta and cheeseboard. The flambe is a real treat too. Highly recommend this as a safe, clean and friendly place to stay, located in the centre of town.

Good hotel for a quick stay. The room it's ok, bed comfortable enough. There are not enough TV channels. The room I was in was a bit noisy due to proximity to road, but was quiet at night when traffic receded. Internet speed is good. Did not get the room cleaned when I was out of the room, and when cleaners did pop up I was working and could not leave the room, so I cannot blame them. Breakfast is next door at The Orangery restaurant belongs to hotel, it's the regular buffet breakfast at reasonable price.
