Novotel New Plymouth Taranaki

Outstanding!nnFrom the time i made my booking to departure i experienced wonderful service from the team.nnA special shout out to Samantha for catering to my room request and spotting an error i made in my booking.nnAlso to the very professional duty manager on last Saturday and Sunday evening. Thank you for arranging and protecting my parking spot. :-nnI ordered room service twice and it was delicious and arrived quite quickly.nnMy room studio was spacious with a proper king matress...that was very comfortable.nIt was nice to have a large shower and also to be able to turn the air con off at night.nThe room was spotless when i returned each evening.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel New Plymouth from Saturday to Monday. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location—close to local attractions and dining options. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

If you are after more than just a great hotel with amazing food, then visit the Novotel New Plymouth and go see Ralph and his team. Ralph made my family, and I feel as if we were the only guests in the hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming it really made for an amazing stay. We were there for four days and Ralph, Samantha and the team were outstanding, I can't recommend the Novotel New Plymouth any higher!!

We were all really impressed with the service we received, we were a group of 5 couples, and everything was pretty seamless and stress-free.nOne couple has an issue with their room, and we're moved, with no issues.nBreakfast had a fantastic selection. However, we were unlucky and got a couple of still frozen hash browns!nBut, all up a great experience. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms executive rooms were roomy and had everything needed. Thanks!

We had a great weekend away, the upgrade made our stay so much better with the connecting room, The staff are amazing and looked after any needs we had.nThe restaurant staff are great and made our nightly dinners so nice, We want to comment on how great the food is and a great menu, Keep up the great work.
