Novotel New Plymouth Taranaki

We've never been to New Plymouth, our stay at the beautiful Novatel hotel was perfect! The hotel location is a great location for easy access to a lot of the beautiful sights to see. Our room was lovely! Large, clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant for evening meal was stunning, and the breakfasts were amazing! Everyone throughout the entire hotel were so friendly and helpful. We had the most amazing extended weekend away.

The hotel was great. A few inconsiderate noisy guests slamming doors at an early hour.nThe meal from the restaurant left some thing to be desired. We were staying for 3 nights but only ate in the restaurant on the first because of it.nOtherwise a good stay.

Had a great 1st stay here, everything you need is at the hotel, the rooms were great and super clean, service was excellent. Fitness room could be a bigger not an issue. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel, great spot, staff professional. Lacking was the quality of food in the restaurant. We had one evening meal and it was very average.

Outstanding friendly staff in Novotel New PlymouthnSlow dinner delivered by an hour and the wait staff gave us a free glass of wine.nWas coughing badly and front staff offered me water straight away.
