Novotel New Plymouth Taranaki

We had a great experience overall! The staff were very friendly, and the parking felt safe and convenient. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The only disappointment was being charged extra for an omelet, even though Sunnyside and scrambled eggs were included. It didn’t quite make sense.

We were very impressed with our recent stay at Novotel New Plymouth. In particular we found the staff to all be very friendly, competent and efficient. The restaurant was fantastic- we had dinner and breakfast there- and again, the service staff were exceptional.nOur room was spacious and well-appointed. We found it easy to bike from the hotel to the Coastal Walkway and it was central to everything we wanted to see and do.nWell done Novotel New Plymouth! We look forward to staying again.

Great location & contentious staff making sure we were happy with all things to do with our booking. Nothing was too much trouble. We were asked when dining in house with our thoughts and ideas on the new menu.nWe'll definitely be back as we have had a few visits now

This was our second stay at the Novotel New Plymouth. We stayed for 2 nights as a getaway and were delighted by the friendly and professional service. The staff made our stay a real pleasure. The rooms are modern and fresh and topping it off is the inhouse restaurant Haukai which is outstanding. We dined in both nights and loved the lamb and the salmon. Parking is good and if you drive an EV there are plenty of charging bays. Overall, we loved our stay.

We've never been to New Plymouth, our stay at the beautiful Novatel hotel was perfect! The hotel location is a great location for easy access to a lot of the beautiful sights to see. Our room was lovely! Large, clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant for evening meal was stunning, and the breakfasts were amazing! Everyone throughout the entire hotel were so friendly and helpful. We had the most amazing extended weekend away.
