Extremely disappointed with the service at Pizza Hut. I waited for 50 min to receive my order, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the delay at all. The service was terrible, with no updates or apologies for the long wait. When I finally received my order, it wasn't even worth the wait, chicken bites was so salt. This was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back

Brought a few pizzas, I ordered 3 x thin and crispy large but what I got was doughy and soft like wet cardboard. Flavours were bland. one of my pizzas was the Chicken Apricot however it was a failure, hardly much chicken and lacked flavour. Yea nah, place to avoid.

I have had enough about Pizza hut in Royal Oak.nThere is always an issue with this place. Either a mix order, a wrong product, or cold meal delivered I am leaving literally 2 minutes away by car but can't drive unfortunately. I have tried several times and not once the order was correct or with the minimum quality required.nWhen I call them, they always have good excuses and external factors... Worst service I have ever seen.nI would give a negative number of stars if I could

I had an incredible experience at this Pizza Hut.The pizza was absolutely awesome. Despite the rush, the staff went out of their way to help me find the perfect choice. They were polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Thank you to the amazing staff for doing such a wonderful job.

The pizza here was great! I went with a Loaded Hawaiian and it was hot, fresh and perfectly cooked. Staff were friendly and the service could not be faulted. Unfortunate to see that not all people have had the same experience. For me it’s a yes!nnHamish DorringtonnKakapo Business Sales
