Got our orders wrong as their ordering system had failed to process our order. When we got there they didn't inform us of this, so we waited there for 40 mins possibly a bit longer before they adivsed we needed to place the order again.nnThe girl at the counter was helpful and very apologetic but again had to wait a further 1hr before our order was ready, when I asked to speak to the manager, he threw the poor girl at the counter under the bus and blamed her for the delays instead of owning it, apologizing to all the customer that were there waiting for their orders.nnWorst manager ever. Hope things have changed here as I have not gone back there since.

This branch is great with making sure your order is correct and that you get generous toppings. Also very impressed with the gluten-free dairy-free garlic bread - so fluffy and just the right amount of spread to make it tasty but not greasy! When I thanked the duty manager for the customer care, he made sure to credit his whole team Definitely recommend Hells Pizza Northcross for service and taste - thanks team!

You can't imagine when you found a cockroach after you ate two pieces of pizzas, I contacted the store and Lanalin did good customer service to my wife but your store manager just step behind and let your staff talked to my wife, why? don't you dare talk to me? I have ordered from your guys everytime when I want to eat pizza, but sorry, this is the last time.

Yum... Hot, fresh and their salads are such good value

We had pizzas on wednesday and they were very good! Lots of choices for vegetarian, funny names and recipes to try! The avocado on the top was quiet good, I'm finally convinced! I'll come back to try new ones!
