the cheese on my pizza was overcooked! the heat in the oven was probably too high because the cheese obviously bubbled too much then it became rock hard :’ the pizza was not even cut properly too, I justncan’t enjoy my stuffed crust i just wasted money on this branch. unfortunately worst pizza ever!I don’t even want to give this rating any star!

As a coffee sommelier, I can assure you that the coffee served especially the long black is certainly among the three best in all of New Zealand. The food is very good and the only thing that leaves something to be desired is the lack of friendliness of some of the waiters. It is clear that a simple smile to say good morning makes all the difference.

Order a pizzas online and made payment - the payment went through but the website timed out. Called the store which I was told the order was not received, and refund would be processed. Placed another order - only to find an email saying the order had actually been processed. Tried calling the store to cancel over 10 times without success. Both orders arrived, but we turned one away and asked for a refund due to the glitch. It’s been 5 days and haven’t had a reply and out of pocket $70. Pizza was also stuck to the box.nnUpdate: I have already filled out that feedback form twice about this with no reply.

The photos are enough for my 1 star review, if i could give it a 0 i would

Won't be going back. What we got definitely wasn't worth the $42 dollars spent.  They hadn't even started making it when I arrived at the given time to collect
