The pizza here has mostly been great at this branch. I’d like to especially commend the staff that worked tonight Aug 22 for their service and quality of pizzas they make. They’re the reason people come back
Recently got a thin crust pepperoni and thin crust meat lovers. Topping and sauce amount was fine, but both pizzas were undercooked. Wasn’t happy about that. Soft floppy base. Needs to be crispier, cooked a bit longer. And the slices weren’t cut properly. I had to full-muscle the slices apart to split them, it was a real butchering, half the toppings ripped off and went with the other slice. Overall, average experience. Long story short, they need to cook the pizzas a bit longer and put some muscle into the slice cutting. Perhaps even use 2 staff members if one guy isn’t reliably strong enough to get the job done. Henderson, Quay Street and Grey Lynn know how to do it properly, perhaps give them a call and ask for some tips. Thanks.
STOP COOKING THE CHIPS EARLY!!!nSick of ordering g from this store to get soggy, cold chips!! You cook them and leave in the warmer for upcoming orders, this is not working!nEither come up with a system to remove packs that have been in their too long, or here is an idea, STOP DOING IT AN COOK THEM FRESH WITH EVERY ORDER! THAT IS WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR, HOT, FRESH FOOD!!!
Came in to pick up order just before they were closing and one of the workers was standing on the table where they box the pizza as was wiping the walls.. yuck!!nnReplying back to your response.nnI’ve been on holiday so my review was delayed. Look at your footage from Thursday 11 December just prior to closing.
the cheese on my pizza was overcooked! the heat in the oven was probably too high because the cheese obviously bubbled too much then it became rock hard :’ the pizza was not even cut properly too, I justncan’t enjoy my stuffed crust i just wasted money on this branch. unfortunately worst pizza ever!I don’t even want to give this rating any star!
