the cheese on my pizza was overcooked! the heat in the oven was probably too high because the cheese obviously bubbled too much then it became rock hard :’ the pizza was not even cut properly too, I justncan’t enjoy my stuffed crust i just wasted money on this branch. unfortunately worst pizza ever!I don’t even want to give this rating any star!
Order a pizzas online and made payment - the payment went through but the website timed out. Called the store which I was told the order was not received, and refund would be processed. Placed another order - only to find an email saying the order had actually been processed. Tried calling the store to cancel over 10 times without success. Both orders arrived, but we turned one away and asked for a refund due to the glitch. It’s been 5 days and haven’t had a reply and out of pocket $70. Pizza was also stuck to the box.nnUpdate: I have already filled out that feedback form twice about this with no reply.

I'm meat lover , I was ordered Pepperoni, beef and onion. The pizzas reached my expecting level,, taste is superb and I get the pizzas hot& crunchy as well as fresh. @ Pizza Hut....C u soon.....:
2nd time I had my pizza preparation went wrong by the chef or crew member who was making the, might it's common sense first put cheese and then veggies on top of it, and you guy's putting veggies first and cheese on top of it due to that reason veggies not cooking nicely & while eating whole toppings coming out and leaving bread and pizza sauce, I knew the guy who ever is preparing its hard job but if you do it with interest product will come nice hopefully my pizza next time prepped according to common sense thanks
