Have not had a Hells Pizza for years as standard had slipped. Decided to give it a go again.  Disappointing.  Dry, lacking in taste, not enough cheese.  Won’t bother again

I've found rhese guys always manage to deliver, even at short notice, and the pizza has always been great.nThanks Hell keep it up.

Not the worst pizza, that's for sure - but I think it used to be far better a few years ago. Not sure why, walked past it once and it was super quiet and had one staff member.

used a promo code for free delivery but when i checked the app there was no progress on our order just kept saying it was “cooking” called repeatedly but no answer. our expected delivery time passed by and the store was closing soon so we had no choice but to go to the store. our pizzas were sitting in store cold. we paid $44 for pizzas that tasted like cold, hard cardboard and didn’t get the free delivery we were suppose to. you’d expect more from the most expensive pizza chain.
