Ordered A Limo Box over the phone and the indian lady there was taking my order then when I was still ordering she hung up on me. Man she pissed me off I rung up again and said to her you hung up on me what service is that??? Dannemora Pizza Hut you need to train your staff in how to work under pressure and be serviceable to everyone. Practice your customer service skills too.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut recently, all thanks to rupa! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was just right. Her warm attitude and professionalism really stood out — it's not every day you come across staff who genuinely care about the customer experience. Keep up the great work, rupa. You made our visit extra special.

My family ordered 6 pizzas tonight, pick up was for 5.30pm- didn’t get order close to 6pm and what a disappointment the pizzas hardly any toppings on them or next to nothing…not hot soooo disappointed - Hawaiian pizza just more or less the base only as you can see in the picture, we have had many pizzas from here, and always been so good so not sure what’s happened here… $65 for our order but what a waste of money…. What happened to your food and your service

Think the ownership has changed, but definitely for the better. Lady at the counter is always very friendly. The pizza has also been really good! plenty of toppings, not like before.nnWould recommend if you want a good cheap fast eat.
