1 star. Extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable.nnWe ordered two pizzas from HELL Kohimarama — a Greed pizza and a Mischief pizza — and paid around $66. For that price, you expect a proper meal, not something that looks and tastes like it was thrown together with zero care.nnOne of the pizzas was so poorly made that half of it barely had cheese on it. The base and overall texture tasted like cardboard, and it looked like it had been handled with no pride at all. We dished it up, took a few bites, and realised how bad it was. We didn’t even eat the pizzas.nnIn times like this, when families are working hard for their money and eating out is not cheap, it is disgusting to send out food like this and expect people to just accept it. I honestly wouldn’t give this pizza to my dog.nnFor a New Zealand brand, especially with so much competition around, this is incredibly poor. Other food businesses still seem to take pride in what they put out. This felt like the opposite — like nobody cared what was being sent to the customer.nnDefinitely one star for everything. We will not be ordering from here again. Eating here feels like a gamble with your money.
Hell pizza is mostly notable because of the brand identity, not the food. The pizzas have fun names and devilish theming, but the Mount Doom was only okay. Slightly better than dominos, but certainly not twice-the-cost good. I’d recommend finding a more unique spot if you can. Also, the service was hilariously indifferent.
Ordered twice within a few weeks, and both times something was wrong with my order. I contacted them by both phone and message, and each time they just offered a voucher for a random item I didn't even want instead of fixing the issue properly.nnAfter the second experience, I won't be ordering again.nnI also went into the store to pick up my pizza on a Friday night and there was only one person making pizzas, with no one serving at the front. I stood waiting for around five minutes before anyone acknowledged me.nnMistakes can happen, but consistently getting orders wrong and offering poor customer service isn't acceptable. If you can't consistently provide good food and customer service, why are you even operating?
Great pizza! Great service too! Parking available next to and at the back of the building... Most orders were pick up and go. Dairy Free options available! Extensive menu that covers most things from vegan to meat lovers deluxe. Tables and seating available if you choose to dine in instead.nHell yeah!!
Bought my pizzas came home found couple of hairs in different Pizzas. It looks like everyone complaining about the same thing. The lady was training one of the staff and asking us to repeat the same conversation so he can learn. Seriously? Is there any branch manager to look at all the negative comments? So disappointed
