This is our first time eating at this Chinese restaurant, and the experience has been terrible.nnWe were served spicy food, and none of us were able to consume it.nWe literally tried to finish it, but we couldn't. We enjoy spicy foods, but what we were served was inediblely spicy. The staff even told me that in their Chinese culture, this food is not at all spicy, and they REFUSED to refund us the money we paid, so it was a total WASTE of money. Another thing is that we literally removed the other meat food from the bowl because it was submerged in oil, which we literally can't eat.nnHowever, they should have been more knowledgeable about how to filter their customers, regardless of nationality; they should have informed customers that their type of spicy may not be suitable for other customers. We were offered SODA as a courtesy, but due to a lack of better communication, we do not drink soda and instead opt for water.nnDefinitely not a recommended dining establishment.nnValue for Money - 1 starnStaff & chef - 1 starnFood - 1 star

This is my go to place for authentic sichuan cuisine. Very large menu - they have everything. Do check their weekly specials at the front door.nYes some dishes are very spicy and salty, but that’s exactly what sichuan cuisine is. Yes your stomach gets a bit uneasy sometimes because of the spices but again that’s exactly what it meant to be.nDon’t come here if you can’t handle spicy food or you are expecting everyday Chinese takeaway food.

My wife and I have always been fond of their food. The consistency between their different shops both Dominion Road and Albany is great. Their authenticity of Sichuan taste is incomparable. Friendly and efficient staff providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended if you haven’t tried. Dinning in taste even better than doing take aways.

Went to Albany Village Panda noodle takeout for the first time last week, had some fantastic fried rice and Kung pao chicken on rice. We enjoyed the flavours so much we've been back twice since. However since our first meal with them the food has been extremely dissapointing.nnBoth duck and braised beef on rice had more bones than meat, the rice was stale and felt like a precooked microwaved meal.nnEven greater dissapointment with wanton noodle chicken soup that had zero flavour in broth, noodles or wanton. Was like tofu in almost unseasoned water.nnFried dumplings tasted good but were absolutely microwaved as they were soggy rather than crispy.nnPanda Noodle express can certainly cook delicious food, and we were very excited with them at first, but can now only describe our experience as inconsistent and extremely dissapointing.

I used to be a regular customer of panda. We also redeemed their membership card last year. But this year l got quite few times of bad experiences which makes me really disappointed. Actually the food is really nice , especially for someone who like spicy. But the service is awful after they changed their counter.nThe lady was complaining to the kitchen that it was suck coz we came so late when l was ordering my takeaway food . She was so loud and we could actually heard and understand what she said. But we came 40 mins before the closing time, and the kitchen still took our order and the chef was nice ,thank you for that!nLast week my boyfriend went to the restaurant to get our takeaway food and they gave him two food containers even without a bag? Because they said bag is not free? Why? We ordered for takeaway why the bag is not free? And we can only holding two containers in the car, that’s… really funny l have to say.nHopefully the owner could fix the service later because l know they used to be a good restaurant
