16/8/24nTonight we went through Drive thru, the service was horrible, the worst I’ve even had. The servicer took her sweet time taking one order at a time and she was rude. It took us 30mins in line to get to the speaker to place our order then when we reached the speaker to place our order she said we had to wait again because she could only take one car at a time.nFinally placed our order and then went to pay, I asked “why is it taking so long?” She said again “I can only do one at a time.” She walked away and come back my order no smile, no thank you or sorry about the wait, just here’s your order.nAfter waiting about 50mins for our food. I got home 20mins away and the chips and zinger had been tampered with as it was salty AF!!!nThe burger just didn’t look right, either!! The prices for KFC is ridiculous and to have our food tampered with and to wait so long…. Of course I was pissed me off!!!nnDO BETTER KFC. MANAGERS DON’T PEOPLE WHO CANNOT HANDLE THE PRESSURE OF FAST FOOD SERVICE ON DRIVE THRU. Give your staff proper training!

Disgusting place no customers but every table was unclear or unclean. Had to ask fir a table to be cleaned and the man just looked at me like I was asking for hold. Never apologised or tried to excuse the mess.

Very rude attitude from staff at drive through on 20/07/2024 at 10:46pm. I asked to swap one of the side items but the staff member did not inform me of the price change. I didn’t care about the extra fee but it would have just been nice to have been told this. I let the staff member know this and they rudely slammed the window in front of me and left. When I eventually got my food 1 punnet of chips was overloaded with seasoning and was basically inedible, the other punnet had no seasoning on it whatsoever.nnHonestly disappointing customer service I don’t know why your staff think they can treat people like that

Cruz or Pruz. I'm not sure. all I'm sure of is that I received quite possibly the most professional standard of service ever. Snotty nose? napkin! Recommendation... zinger box! Best KFCKENTUCKY FRIED CHICKENTODAY I LEARNT ITS CALLED THAT. EVER!!!!Let's go!

This is the second time I've been through, paid for extra items and those items have been 'forgotten'. This time I stopped to check before driving off and saw a coleslaw was missing. It wasn't until I got home that we discovered a medium chips was also missing from the order. Surely the management have enough poor reviews of the same issues happening over and over to retrain their staff. Poor service all around, really.
