This is doesn’t make sense when you do online order and then by pick up time you find out that some items excluded from your order cause not in stock. That ruin the whole point of online shopping. Check stock after order made and secure items not after 24 hours order has made! Imagine you order online same way in all businesses and they just cancel your orders after 24 hours. Crazy system which should be improved otherwise it’s not customer oriented at all and force to shop elsewhere. Which I will be recommending to my friends and on social media.

Pack and save is always like a family member for all. But here I am little disappointed about staff, that they dont know where the items are placed, When I said to help me the girl said let me check and finally she said not in stock and some time later I found the product luckily.nnStaff shud be trained Sir, we are living in very competitive era.

We seldom visit this store. But after visiting last weekend I am going to change. There is a turnaround on this. It is much cleaner and tidier. The variety is great. It was very busy over the weekend as expected.nStaff were working like crazy. Despite that it was a good feeling to be shopping there.nHuge parking lot but may struggle to find parking on a weekend.nThe petrol pumps are another add on but most of them are generally broken. They need some maintenance.
