Really love the selection of Halal meats beef, lamb, chicken in here. Plenty to choose from. Always cheaper and fresh. Clean with everything is arranged in order. My go-to groceries shopping in South Auckland.

Had shopped here since I was a teen. The first time I came with my wife to stock up on groceries and brought a box of Heineken. Got to the counter and the person that authorises the go ahead asked my wife for ID. At that time she was upset and that they can clearly see that she was not under aged and had left her licence at home. I said I will buy it but she still refused to sell me the box and said I am buying it for her. I asked for the manager. We both got pissed off and I said in return I had never come across this ever since I been coming here for years on end. Not waiting for the manager we left with all the trolley full of stuff at the counter and never coming back ever again.

Moved to the area recently and my goodness. The worst Pakn Save I've been to. Terrible layout, terrible facilities, terrible car parks, terrible locals, terrible variety, but the staff are okay.nnThe people I've encountered in the car park and in the store have been horrible. Everyone seems to have an issue with everyone and with horrific manners. Fights over car parks, blocking people with their trollies and shoving your trolley out of the way when there's no where to go.nnThere's no packing station for your groceries and the layout cause so much congestion, you're somewhat forced to push yourself through.

Pak and save manukau prices are really high and quality for fruit and vegetables are really bad now days and some of the stock items not available most of the times .They should have good control on quality and price as well. Sometime they put some product on the shelf that don't even deserve that price. I think the franchise management has to check their quality.

WHERE ARE THE TROLLEYS?????nnsitting in my car in the carpark each time I wait for family to do shopping.. the one thing I see is customers looking for trolleys.. there are even customers approaching other customers for their trolley.. and yet they haven't started packing their shopping into their cars!!!... and then I see security guys driving around in the trolley carts minding their own business or a group of guys staff walk together to the same area to collect trolleys when it happens when they could actually split up and collect trolleys from different parts of the carpark!nA lot of improvement needed in this place but need to start with trolleys...nnWhen your customers start complaining about not having a trolley before they start shopping... then you're gonna have a customer that will give you a whole lot of complaints.. even when they have finished shopping.
