I wrote a positive review last time because I'm always met with Good sociable and kind staff Pasifika or Indian, but this time is a miss for y'all all.nnSmall Pak Choi is set next to the bigger Pak Choi priced at $2.50. The small Pak Choi has no price why is that? Kinda feels like false advertisement or sus to not display prices. Do we need an investigation going?nnThen when asking staff for help on the price she said she doesn't know and to ask the front. That's the staff job to find this out.nnFail.

I have seen the transformation from 3 Guys to Countdown to Super Value being a local shopper. Unfortunately the standard has dropped store looks run down and old. The medical centre has upgraded and other stores have maintained a relatively updated look but Super Value looks outdated is due for a revamp. Has an okay selection trades mainly on island food core products which are generally good value for money which is always good for the community. Other products are all expensive so wouldn't do weekly shop here. Bread & Milk and Cornbeef are generally speaking on special frequently. Very busy at times because of its location has a few other shops inside which are partitioned off. Unfortunately the two star is for the rundown look and the fact that I saw the whole chicken that's cooked in the pie warmer put in the drink chiller, after it was in the pie warmer all day, not good. Staff are friendly but average shopping Experience would only buy essentials here.

Unfortunately, on this occasion we received our order through Uber on the 7th April 2025. Unfortunately we were given an expired 750ml photos attached that cost $11+ whilst Uber gave our money back. It demonstates that they are not chdcking their inventory, selling expired goods and could be seen as deliberate, there is not care taken whats so ever. Do better FreshChoice Flatbush. Based on the reviews you are getting you either don't care or you are not resfing the reviews.

We'll stocked tidy and very handy for last minute things. Good location workers are very friendly.

Over priced products, advertised for special with lower prices but barcode tags with higher prices. Customers paying extra on counter without knowing.
