Upon cutting it open, I was met with a strong smell and acidic taste, indicating that the fruit was clearly past its prime. It's concerning that such a product would even be put up for sale without proper inspection.nnFurthermore, I've noticed a significant increase in the prices of various items in your store, particularly vegetables and rice. Your current rate of $2.29 per kg for watermelon seems exorbitant, especially when compared to other stores like DH where superior quality watermelons are priced at $4.99 each.nnOverall, I'm deeply dissatisfied with the declining quality of your products and the unjustifiable hike in prices. It's imperative that your team pays closer attention to the products they're selling and reconsider their pricing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

There was a promotion for “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” for Gulab jamun mix. That’s the reason I got 3 of those and ended up getting changed for all three, which is not reasonable.nJust an advise for the store manager, do not put anything on promotion if customer are going to get charged as per individual price.nSuch a disappointment, would never suggest anyone to go.

Fresh produce is lowest quality you can find in the area, other Day I buy toothbrush it's was not in their system so cashiers ask each other rather going and checking the price. I TOLD the price $1.79 but nothing changed it's just typical Lotus Manukau behavior to treat customers so after asking they charge $1.99. Even when me and my friend explained the price. My wife has complained same thing earlier. So it's is advisable to all must check bill to cross check. It's not about Money it's about the service

Rude staff... while we are deciding on which brand to go with, one of the staff is just pressuring us to get out of his way so he can restock with his pallet jack in the aisle... we get out of his way but he's making us grab and leave the aisle and go to checkouts. There is more people infront of us he's not saying anything to them... waiting with patience for them perhaps because they are his kind. Rude, why rush your customers when nothing was out of stock? He could have waited. The tone they speak in is rude.

The shop is definitely much more organized and has better products than Mt. Roskill branch. It is big, has decent no of parking, of Cavendish drive and 10 minutes walk from Manukau train station. Really like it. Highly recommended for Indians to try this shop if you are looking for Indian spices and raw ingredients for food.
