Very disappointing parking experience at Lotus Supermarket Manukau.nThe staff member standing at the entrance with the “Parking Full” sign should be more professional and helpful by guiding cars into available spots when vehicles are leaving. People travel from far away to shop here, and parking management plays a big part in the customer experience.nnThis has now happened to me twice — on both Sunday and Monday. Instead of simply stopping cars at the entrance, there should be better coordination and assistance for customers trying to park.nnIf you want customers to keep coming back, something really needs to be done about the parking situation.

After long time has Indian mango and it was so yummy

This is a supermarket specialised for Indian groceries: fruits and vegetables, spices, frozen food, imported snacks and desserts, drinks etc. It’s kind of crowded as the aisle was narrow. The parking is a tricky during peak hours. The selection of fresh fruit and vegetables is not the biggest and the prices are not competitive.

Busy saturday midday and after entering driveway, a staff stopped to say back up and come through second driveway. Obviously he was ignored and i proceeded to park in an empty carpark. Two staff members came running and one started taking pictures and stood in middle of the car parking slot while second staff started telling me off for not listening to his instructions. After some heated discussions he told me to talk to his manager as their bullying tactics didnt work. I asked what if i wanted to visit lotus shop and then the tile shop. He said to change parking spots as they belong to different shops. Seriously? No wonder indians get so much hate. Not even a 1 star experience.
