Woolworths Papatoetoe

Haven't been here for a while. Shelves & àisles were fairly well stocked but disappointed with fruit and vegetable section. No nectarines, decent peaches of any kind or pears & would've liked some baby carrots & cucumbers or a decent bag of salad greens. Did buy a container of diced melon pieces which was soggy & fruit soft?

Countdown should price match to pak n save since you need to pack your own now… cashier watched me struggle with packaging everything all while dealing with a toddler didn’t even offer to help. Convenience factor is gone now.. Supermarket itself is fine, just the service of countdown sucks so better just to go pak n save since it’s cheaper ‍

such a disappointment being there Today empty shelves unprofessional staff specially the one at self check out she made it seem like it was my fault that I did not register their new membership card they need to learn English language the words come out of the mouth and never go back in what are unprofessional untrained staff is hired by this these guys such a shame

Don't normally comment but experience was particularly bad yesterday. Only one checkout was open, three were closed. The place was packed and the self-serve checkout queue reached way back to the ice cream cabinets.

Nice neat and clean store. Haven't been back since over 10 years. Great customer service
