I also want to give a shout-out to the staff—they are consistently helpful and friendly whenever I’m looking for a specific item, which makes the shopping experience much smoother.nn​A solid, reliable local option for when you need to grab something in a hurry!

I actually witnessed a not so friendly interaction with an elderly lady and another staff member yesterday which put me off the experience here. But today I really appreciated your service. Visited the Woolworths at Hunters Plaza Papatoetoe and had a great experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and the Christmas decorations add a really nice festive touch! I appreciated how clearly the holiday opening hours were displayed right at the entrance—it makes planning so much easier. Friendly staff and plenty of trolleys available.

Woolworths formerly known as Countdown is always clean and tidy with good specials. They have a huge selection of different products. Spacious enough and you can check out your own groceries. They also offer cashier assisted shopping. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. They definitely need to get new signage lol so everyone knows what to call them.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Aundry. A few weeks ago, I asked if the store had glass Coke bottles, and she told me they didn't. However, when I checked the next aisle myself, they were right there.nnThis isn't the first time I've found her customer service to be poor. She rarely smiles, often speaks in a rude tone, and comes across as having an unfriendly attitude. During my interaction, she seemed more focused on herself than on assisting customers, which made me feel ignored.nnI understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and helpful service. I hope management can provide some additional customer service training so future customers have a better experience.
