Woolworths formerly known as Countdown is always clean and tidy with good specials. They have a huge selection of different products. Spacious enough and you can check out your own groceries. They also offer cashier assisted shopping. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. They definitely need to get new signage lol so everyone knows what to call them.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Countdown. I was attended by an Indian lady whose behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, she showed no interest in making me feel welcome or comfortable. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and disrespectful.nInstead of being treated like a valued customer, I felt ignored. She rushed through the service, didn’t bother to explain anything, and acted as though I was wasting her time. At one point, her attitude became so rude that I genuinely felt uncomfortable.nCustomer service is a key part of any business. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There was no basic courtesy, no professionalism, and certainly no effort to make the experience positive.nI am writing this review not out of anger, but in the hope that the management takes this issue seriously. I believe no customer should be treated with such disrespect. I kindly request that the manager review this staff member’s behavior and provide proper training or take appropriate action.

I recently visited Woolworths for grocery shopping. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a good variety of fresh produce and other essentials. The staff were helpful, and the self-checkout process was quick and convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
