I’m very appreciative for my recent experience at Pacific Radiology in Wigram. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and my appointment was spot on for time. I felt I was in excellent hands with Vicki, and I’m grateful for how attentive she was to keeping me comfortable while being very effective at doing her work.
I had a fantastic experience at Pacific Radiology Wigram. The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The service was impressively fast and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for making what could have been a daunting appointment feel so easy and comfortable!
The reception lady was very kind, she patiently helped us to sort out our insurance for the scan. We were seen fairly quickly and the technician explained thoroughly throughout the entire session. Thank you so much Team, you're amazing!

I am so grateful for the Pacific Radiology team in Wigram for seeing my mum urgently. Due to miscommunication we were 45 minutes late to the appointment and with only 15 minutes left to their day they were more than welcoming and they were so gracious and all smiles. Their efforts are truly appreciated.
