Had 2 visits earlier in the year with no charge, then on the 3rd visit they randomly decided to charge for the appointment. No communication about the charge at the time either, just randomly got a text message asking for payment a few days later.nSpoke with the boss and she simply put it that they can just decide to charge at any time for a visit and items used. No clarification given, poorly explained and no real solution found.
I went to the doctor last week with the flu. I had no waiting time. I was treated so so well . I had a high heart rate so the doctor said that I was dehydrated and put me on iv fluids for a hour. The nurse and doctor are credit to the hoon hay medical centre . I’m 12 days in and the coughing is extremely is exhausting.Don’t think I’ll ever go out without a mask again.
Kind considerate staff and doctors. Very talented doctors and nurses, all with a comprehensive knowledge base. I have been their patient for 26 years and have no complaints about the service.
As my current GP Elisabeth and the other staff at Hoon Hay medical go above and beyond to make the experience accommodating and medically validating.nnThis GP breaks things down without condescension, and listens with inquiry.nnAmazing service!
Always good experience here. I have two little kids and the doctors and nurses are so patient and kind with them
