Not 100% sure this centre is for me had to repeat visits to really be heard of ongoing medical issues including my daughtersnHowever I wonder if this is norm out there with the health system under so much pressure it’s concerning if this is the case as what if serious health problems are occurring and simply being missed to due to the lack of doctors and the time allocated to each appointment
I have been with this practice since moving to Christchurch 2 years ago. I have always found the reception staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I feel I have found an amazing doctor who gives me the time and listens to me. I certainly hope she is there to stay!
Previous 2 visits they made us wait in the car with our 1 year old for 40 minutes then an hour the following time. We booked a morning appointment this time surely they can’t be running late by 9am. Sure enough half an hour wait at least we were allowed inside this time.
I have been going to hoon hay medical centre for 44 years.The practice has grown alot in that time.i always feel a priority especially with my children.very kind and empathetic staff.Highly recommend
Would not even given 1 star, thanks to the four different nasty Dr's who ruined my life, no bedside manner, no compassion, wouldn't listen and best of all you all wrote lies in my notes.nNOTICE YOU HAVE TAKEN DOWN ALL YR NEGATIVE REVIEWS WITH COMMENTS, WONDER HOW LONG MINE STAYS UP.nPITY WHEN YOU HIT THE THREE DOTS ON A REVIEW YOUR DR'S DIDN'T READ THAT YOU CAN'T BULLY,HARRESS USE LANGUAGE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU.nTHE DR'S THERE ARE A JOKE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ENROLLING, KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS MEDICAL CENTRE, GPS, NURSES AND RECEPTION ALL NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, WOMAN DR'S ESPECIALLY THERE ARE THE WORST.nKEEP CLEAR
