Used to be an awesome practise but lately I've found they don't seem to care as much and my issues haven't been resolved, meaning I've come back and paid for more consultations about the same thing. Annette was awesome and the new receptionist seems cool.
Such a rude receptionist! I called to book an appointment and I was rudely told that i have been transferred to some other clinic. No details were given to me about how and when it happened and receptionist only told that I have changed it myself online. When I told her that I have never changed my GP online, she started to loose her cool and told me bluntly “ no no you are not with us and go to xyz clinic.” I found her manner of telling dictatorial and not advising politely.nThis is such a pathetic service and this is how they treat their patient.
This clinic is not suitable for members of the public. During my visits I have found some questionable practices from the clinics docters and the administrative receptionists. Since reviewing some of our own concerns we have decided to escalate our matters further to the health and disabilities commission for enquires. I would like to go record to say this is very disappointing. I strongly advise to the public not to enroll as a patient.
Receptionist Bridget VERY rude. Called to make another appointment because the previous appointment was half an hour late and had to leave the day prior told us we “should have said something” when I explained the receptionist at the time was on a call she said “you should have waited”. We had already wait and extra 30 MINUTES. And considering they close at 5 I would have hate to have seen how long we actually waited.
Easy to contact, easy to get an appointment, friendly professional service from all staff. I've been with the practice almost 10 years and had nothing but the best care including with an emergency problem.
