This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I feel compelled to warn others. The doctor’s skill level was poor—during the procedure, my wife suffered multiple unnecessary cuts, making the recovery process incredibly painful. Additionally, the front desk staff displayed terrible customer service. I was interrupted multiple times while asking questions, my requests were ignored, and I was met with unjustified refusals.nnThe cost of the procedure was approximately 140%-150% higher than similar services elsewhere. We initially thought the higher price would guarantee better service quality, but it turned out to be the opposite—arrogant and unprofessional staff made the experience far worse.nnI strongly advise against bringing your loved ones to this place.
Parking structure usually full, and being off papanui rd parking can be a pain. Would be nice if the put the directory for where to go is a big complex at the entrances, not once you've wondered into a random party hoping to find it.nAtaf nothing to rave about, but nothing to complain about either.nQuick service the day I went.
I would rate this 10 stars if I could. For our anatomy scan and scan before that both were absolutely incredible! I have found as this is my second pregnancy a lot of places in Chch were quite rude and quiet which makes things super uncomfortable and a lonely experience. Both times at St George’s they have ran us threw everything they were doing and explained things. No rush and they were thorough. So friendly and lovely and It felt really relaxing especially at such an important time for me and women in general. The staff that I got for my scans were incredible. Thank you for the lovely experiences we can tell they actually enjoyed their job and cared - I think that’s so important. Thank you!!
Great service, fast and efficient and professional.nAfter receiving text with a booking link, was booked in, and had my x-ray in less than 1hour.nWas able to find a park on the street, signs for 30min parking
Had a CT angiogram. I travel from Wanaka.nThey said budget 2 to 3 hours.nMy procedure, with no wait time, was completed in an hour.nMy veins are very hard to find, but they used an ultra sound. Got the line in, in one shot, and didn't feel a thing! Denis is ‘The Man’. Also, shout out to Nicol. Great caring, informative, and efficient procedure.
