After every pregnancy scan four of them; 75nzd each I left very disappointed and upset, because of how I was treated by ultrasound technicians 4 different ones. The last one was supposed to check the baby position, and when I refused to have the other measurements done, techinician got visibly annoyed and unpolite. I spent 1 min on the table, all they told me was the head was down and they basically kicked me out. I wanted to know where the rest of the body is, and maybe see the face if possible. I had the gel left on my underwear; I couldn't clean myself because I can not see under my 37 weeks size belly. Apart from having the reassurance that the baby is fine, every other aspect of the visit was disappointing.
Have been here a few times and the ladies have always been so caring and very professional, even when not receiving good news.
The staff were lovely and supportive. I was apprehensive going into the scan however they were patient and explained the entire process clearly. Thank you ladies, you do an amazing job!
I've had my scans done here with all 3 of my babies, my latest scan was done with Debbie, shes amazing and informed us of everything that was coming up on the screen. She was friendly and good with my kids being in the room.
Great service, friendly and professional staff. Appointments ran on time. Has a calm and relaxed atmosphere which helps given the nature of a lot of the scans!
