How long do you need to get the phone through to reception. Also: the music is way too much/loud. You cannot hear the person on the other end to make a choice when it's finally your turn to act/talk.nHowever. The doctors I have seen have always been good.nI have been a patient for over 30 years. Shifting premises has not been a positive move for my family.nThese days I seldom need to go to the doctor, so I tend to put my visits off unless I feel I am due for a visit.nnI do realize that the health services are not their best at the moment. B
Don't go to the Dr often so if I do it's important. Was told a nurse would call me back for triage, but nope just sent a text referring me to ACC website. Which I had already looked at hence why I called the GP!
Absolutely disgusted by the treatment of the receptionist. On a recent call to ask for an explaination to an over charged account. The reception kept talking over me and down to me. Telling me she was to busy to deal with my enquiry and then simply hang up. Totally rude and arrogant. I will no longer be using this clinic. This is not the first time to be fair either.
Takes them a very long time to answer their phones. Have waited as long as 30 mins before & needing to give up. Currently waiting 15 mins. Please assist them with getting more receptionists.nI always have to chase and ask for results. After a medical procedure is it not common for a Dr to call you with results anymore?
I'm a relatively new patient here and so far every experience has been a breath of fresh air. My doctor is so unbelievably kind and empathetic, the receptionists are straight to the point which I appreciate and the facility is clean and tidy with excellent parking.nI have had so many horrid doctors in the past who have brushed off serious concerns and left me at a point where I don't even bother going to see a doc when I'm sick because what's the point, they don't help. Now I feel listened to and validated in my concerns. This probably won't be seen by my doctor, but she has saved my mental well being and actual gives a damn about my physical well being too.nI'd give ten stars if I could.
