NZCIS Accommodation

This was my 1st stay my partners, 4th or 5th. The room appeared clean on 1st look. However, tops of cupboards and under beds don't seem to be cleaned ever.nOn one occasion, I watched the cleaner spray product over the drying dishes and items of food left on the dinner table.nThe lounge area is not that comfortable and very lacking in comfortable chairs for everyone to enjoy.nOn arrival, I was told the price increase was because the cleaning costs had gone up, but the bathroom/shower areas were not cleaned every daynShowers were a good size, but no handles to assist people enter/exit the shower with the big step in and out of the shower. A non-slip mat would also be beneficial in this area.

What a fantastic place to stay. Superb accomodation, great amenities, beautifully kept grounds. We had our meals on campus and each dayrotating weeks of set meals was great..main and dessert at night, lovely lunches.. the burgers and chips were a real hit .nTuki cafe also on campus for morning lunch and afternoon coffees and muffins or a beautifully curated selection of hot pies and other goodies is also a must to visit-the service and prices are definitely a winning combo. Upper hutt turned on the sun, overall I highly recommend

rooms are cold and need a major reno not fit for it's purposes.

Spent a fair few weeks here mid 2017. The buildings have character but are slowly being renovated. Food is excellent. New cafe had just opened when I left. Staff always friendly and helpful. Wifi was available in most areas. Train to Wellington or Upper Hutt stops just across the road. The local pub The Tote is just 5 min walk away.

Incredible experience and wonderful accommodation. Staff at really friendly and the appartment was very clean. Trally enjoyed my stay here
