Great Customer Service from Kendric and Icezis, I was able to book In my Mattress clean promptly and move the time to what best suited me. Cam and Levi were on time and very polite, keeping me informed of the process and gave me some informed suggestions. They left the dryers for us and picked them up exactly as they promised the next day. Amazing experience and will use again!

Really can't recommend highly enough. We have had 4 different staff members visiting and working onsite off and on throughout the drying/restoration process and each and every one of them has been a really knowledgeable, helpful person to have around- courteous, considerate and respectful, with excellent communication & levels of technical competency. 'Joe' in particular has been amazing.Their flood restoration service is highly professional and right from the start when Joe walked through the door, I felt so relieved our flooded home was clearly in really safe, competent hands. He took the time to explain everything to me so well, and I have continued to be kept well-informed of where things are up to and next steps from here throughout the restoration/drying process. They really do take care of absolutely everything. All staff have been punctual and made good on all their promises. So very impressed with this company.

Used these guys to clean two properties over the last few weeks. Both times their communication has been excellent, friendly cleaners arrived on time and worked efficiently. And in both cases they left the blowers overnight to help with drying. Really impressed with all aspects of dealing with them.
