Brewtown Upper Hutt

We had dinner and drinks at Panhead in Brewtown. We had a shared platter of smoked BBQ meats. It was delicious. Great service, and the ladies were very friendly.

From an old Dunlop Tyre Factory saying back to 1949 and into 2006 that accommodated around 400 employees at once, it's amazing to see the number of businesses booming in what has come to be known as BREWTOWN UPPPER HUTT!nnUpon arrival, my wife and I visited The Witching Hour Mini Golf; which had an amazing theme throughout and perfectly timed BOO's!!!! for the unsuspecting visitor! VERY NEAT AND WELL MAINTAINED! Are a good game of competitive mini golf my wife beat me we popped through to TE ARO. The food here was great! Angus Beef Cheese Burger and Coke topped off the day!nnHEADS UP:nIt was a bit difficult to distinguish who the employees were if they weren't either in the BOH area frequenting the FOH or behind the bar as there doesn't seem to be a uniform even a consistent dress code, say same tshirt with company prints and a cap with black or blue jeans. Also, we arrived and there wasn't anyone at the FOH welcoming you. We guessed to head to the bar where you actually place your drink and food orders. So just some minor things that could prevent foot traffic from heading in the other direction to the already packed competitors next door who too had no one welcoming customers ... Pattern much?nnNonetheless, it was great so well done TE ARO! Great food 5stars, good vibe 3.5^4stars! Looking forward to the next visit!

It's good place for all day family fun. Bicycle Cafe, distillery, bars and restaurants, go cart, bowling, chipmunks, parking space is available for free. Come and enjoy. If school holidays good to book in advance.

Shake and bake @ Brewtown was the best organised event I’ve ever been to, fantastic line up. Heaps of toilets and no wait time for drinks. All the staff were great. Looking forward to Carl Cox there and any future events they host
