I always have a wonderful experience when I come in to donate plasma. The nurses are great!!

I've only ever had great experiences donating blood and plasma here. Staff are friendly and good at keeping you chatting while the needle goes in!

Great staff, great experience. Parking is touch and go though, meaning you could turn up for your appointment and not have a park. One you're parked up and inside though, fantastic :

Team are so professional and friendly. I so recommend giving blood a try if you haven't done so already. The free tea and coffee is awesome!

Giving it 2 star because most of the staff were very nice and friendly except the old lady at the cafe.

You are always so well looked after here, I always ask for chocolate cookies no white choc and a mocha when in donating plasma, and without hesitation the staff and volunteers and more than happy to help, I'm more than happy to keep coming back, if not for the cookies and hot drink, then the smiles
