The Aotearoa People's Network Kaharoa operates as a partnership between the public libraries of New Zealand and National Library.
Operating from Christchurch, the APNK provides PCs, wifi and other computer equipment at 145 sites around the country as well as providing IT support and training.
APNK sits within the National Library of New Zealand - Te Puna Matauranga o Aotearoa which is part of the Information & Knowledge Services branch of The Department of Internal Affairs - Te Tari Taiwhenua.
