Excellent female Police Officer was in civilian clothing. She was so warm and excellent in her service that she came around the counter to help even though she didn’t have to.
Not helpful at all. The person was trying to act tough by trying to intimidate me but i came there to report incident that happened to me. I felt sorry for the little boy next to me who got everything stolen from him and couldn’t get home. Still they can’t speak to him in manner to make the situation less scary for the young lad. Don’t know if empathy is part of the job scope, if not, please add that when victims are reporting please.
Staff were very polite when arresting me. Car was very clean and quite comfortable. The room was very basic, not much going on, but still got a great sleep on those comfy mattresses. Checking out in the morning was exceedingly excellent. Would highly recommended and will be back again
To be honest as much as I appreciate the police service . Not even 1 star . As in just finished waiting on hold for 1 hr plus to talk to someone about incedent where my front window of my house is been smashed out . And not even a call back or follow up .
A caring team, that made me feel comfortable
5 stars, really enjoyed my stay here. From the mattress to the blanket the size of a hand towel and the 3 meals provided on time daily. If you get the chance try the chicken salad with noodles
I was given a hot Milo and a teddy bear while I was there to give a statement. I even got their door-to-door taxi service to and from my home. 11/10 would feel safe. Unless your on the other side of the law, then hot chocolates and teddy bears are not included in the service, but you may still be eligible for the taxi service usually only one way though.
On my holiday here in NZ my friend and I had to file a report in the early hours of the morning. The report I filed was taken seriously by a very kind officer who made us feel comfortable and very much heard. Thanks again to the NZ police for helping us in our time of need.
Such unprofessional people behind the desk, I had a young lady that asked me questions on personal embarrassing matters infront of everyone including another young male who acts like he only became a cop to look good. He was very rude & just overall uncomfortable i was left feeling really horrible.
Didn't have the wherewithal to answer my question. See the Questions section about Christchurch Police Station, by going to their Google Maps site & then to the Qs. & Ans. Section. I'm a physician but am familiar with weapons and police tactics. Their response to the shooting at the mosque approximately a kilometer away was pathetic and unprofessional. There's a saying in Urdu & it goes like this: If the men don't know how to do their job, they should wear bangles & sit at home. Very appropriate for the Police Forces of New Zealand. Best Regards from The Bad Doctor.
