"Indian Cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes. Fragrant and exotic spices from India blended to create the dishes we present to you. These dishes are of South Gujrat and Northern Indian origin and are prepared in our restaurant exactly as in our own home. Each dish will have its own distinctive flavour and aroma which cannot come from any curry powder, but from spices and herbs specially prepared by ourselves. Indian foods properly prepared, take time, so please bear with us."

Indian curry that’s a little bit fancy, with service to match. Curries were tasty, packed full of flavour, not greasy and won’t make you regret it the next day! We came for dinner on a Saturday night, no booking, and found a spot easily. The waiters were very attentive, the prices were very reasonable.
Went for dinner with a friend.. The food tasted quite weird..tandoori chicken lacked smokiness, fish curry was quite fishy no pun intended..Biryani is just a fried rice though the waiter did warn dat it’s not dum biryani..Wonder why it is listed as biryani in the menu then..I had stomach aches afterwards n my friend got diarrhoea..Dine at ur own risk
We had the korma chicken, tandoori chicken and chana masala with rice and plain naan. The food was ok, but other indian restaurants offer much more tasty food in my opinion. The restaurant looks nice and the waiters were very friendly and kind. The food came super fast so this is a good option if you are really hungry. I would not return here, but overall the dinner was ok. **Note:** I love spicy food and I asked them to have the korma chicken hot instead of mild. Beware that their “hot” is much spicier than the average for indian restaurants so keep this in mind when choosing the level of spiciness
First time here - Tonight’s Lamb Madras ticked all boxes! The sauce was flavoursome and the perfect authentic consistency, the lamb was tender and fall apart soft. the parantha and naans were delicious. The service was amazing, all the waiters and the manager were just fantastic. They really care about customer service here. The warm cloth at the end was such a nice unique touch!
Went twice in two weeks as was in Wellington both weeks for business. First night was two of us. Food was awesome and fairly priced. Second week was a group of six. They tailored our meals for a group from entrees to mains and it was perfect. So much food for the price. And all of it was tasty. No complaints. Highly recommended.
Rather expensive compared to other restaurants of similar cuisine and menu. But the service and food were amazing. The onion bhajia stood out along with the naan.Recommended dishesGarlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, Mango Lassi
Very nice Anglo Indian restaurant. Food and service was excellent despite the restaurant being nearly full on a Friday evening. Butter Chicken and Chicken Madras were both good with some really interesting bright red onion bhaji tasted great.Recommended dishesOnion Pakora, Butter Chicken
I think this is the best indian restaurant in Wellington city. Nice atmosphere and friendly service, tidy but not pretentious. Interesting food options with great flavour and fast. Lunch special is excellent value. Vegetarian options: Delicious okra dish and onion bread
This restaurant is an amazing Indian restaurant with a good location in Wellington. The taste of the food is one of the best Indian I have ever had. The service was the best I had in all of New Zealand. The boss of this place was super friendly and talked with me about his recipes and how they are old family recipes.
Very nice food, good service and very friendly, would definitely recommend this restaurant.Food: 5/5
