Great to see Momo Tea still alive at this neck of the woods! The service was great here and the food came out fast and our waiter was spot on. The chicken knuckle, salty fish fried rice were all classics and up to standard but the tofu was on the sour side already - so wasn't fresh at all. All in all will come back but please serve food that is fresh
My son bought home gravy egg on fried rice noodle for my dinner. The dish smelt sourish and was off. We were very disappointed that they used stale noodles. The dish had to be binned, there goes my dinner
The entire place is dirty. There's mould on the water bottle and glassware all look dirty. The tofu in our dish was sour when delivered but they were at least nice enough to change it for us. Not sure why anyone would go to this place to eat.Food: 1/5
I used to be a regular here and then stopped coming for about 4 years. Tonight I remembered why I stopped. Poor customer service, messed up our orders 3 times, brought the wrong dish out which we were OK with before they took 20 minutes to bring our drinks which left us with nothing to be able to drink while eating. Worst part is they didn't apologize at all. Please do not come here, atleast when they're busy. They apparently can't manage a restaurant when it gets busy.
we always love to eat at Momotea Ponsonby branch, Asian food is always the first option for us to eat out as a family.. so we decided to visit the North Shore one as it is closer to home.. This place seems old, the seats are peeling off, the floors are dirty, oily and sticky many rice drops on the floors bowls are all out, the staffs there need to smile too .. but with the food, its yummy, and so I am hoping the kitchen is clean too..
Best thing about this cafe is that it opens until midnight, most nights. Good selection of bubble tea and noodles.
The training staff was really nice and recommended me the drink ! The flavour and texture was interesting, however I wish it was colder and had more flavour. This is the place to go if you want to splurge and try cool flavours !
As visible on the picture :D i had a really tasty boba! Will come back to try more of them!
A family restaurant or a place where young people love to visit. The pearl milk tea is popular and you can choose from a range of favours.
