VERY DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!nI ordered 6 pieces of jalebi, 2 samosas etc for takeaway at 11am 25.11.25. The old guy serving packed 15 jalebi's. He did not give the receipt. I had an alarming experience with Mithawaila Manurewa, bought 10.samosas around 11:00 am 22.12.2024.today. While eating a samosa, I discovered a piece of glass inside the filling. I called to let them know about the issue and they advised me that they use a factory to make the samosas. This is extremely concerning, as it poses a serious health risk as there may be a batch out there with a whole lot of glass in it. Fortunately, I noticed it before swallowing, but this could have caused significant harm.nnI urge the establishment to thoroughly review their food preparation and quality control processes to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. To fellow customers, please exercise caution if you purchase food here. Food safety must be a priority for every business.

Seem like the fod is frozen and heated in microwave and if unsold it is frozen again and reheated. The sweets are definitely not made in nz but imported from India. If this is so then just buy frozen Indian food from supermarket and heat it and eat urself the bathroom and handwashing facilities are so dirty for a food outlet they should be given a Fail by Auckland council
