WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE Starting with customer service , the lady at the reception was very rude while serving , Secondly the car was filthy , cob webs all around , drink cans left from previous costumers, dusty , lost of damages inside out . Refer to the pics attached . A customer will expect to have a clean and sanitized car normally and Especially during COVID , however this branch doesn't care about it . Will never rent from them ever and even i do not recommend them. !!!

WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN NEWZEALAND Personal request all folks: Do not rent from here, you will be caught with some additionals while returning. Firstly the customer service, very bad, don't even give ears to us especially lady at reception. Secondly: Charged 206 dollars extra other than renting cost for no reason. Asked proof they don't even bother to serve a customer. Attached pic herewith. This was charged for us saying we made that dent but which was not. Shown an old pic which someone else damaged as proof.THEY EVEN RENT THE SAME VEHICLE WITHOUT EVEN REPAIR, caught infront of us on the same day next to our neighborhood. Heartbreaking experience, won't even recommend anyone. So please beware. Thanks, You might be next.

Wow !! The service was truly amazing !! By far the best. Sign in was a breeze drop off was even easier and the van drove very nicely. There was a slight issue which they rectified immediately. Very very happy customer. Suggest they’re the Finest !!

Will probably use again. Slight hitch with using non-NZ credit card. Had to contact a week after car return to complete transaction and have $650 deposit returned. Two-door Toyota Yaris clean, ran well cost $55 + $20 insurance per day plus $0.16/km. Convenient Mt Eden location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Rented a car on the spot to spend three days visiting the Northland. They were busy but got us all set up smoothly and efficiently, and explained all our questions cheerfully. The Toyota Corolla performed flawlessly. Great experience for all three of us.

There's 1 good thing and 3 bad things I can list about my experience with them. Good - had the right vehicles and are happy to rent out for half days. Bad - you pay $500 up front as a 'deposit' and they deduct their rental charges from that. They say you can fill up the vehicle or they will on return, but they top up on return with 95RON for multiple 'clicks' of the pump and charge you an undisclosed sum per litre. They'll just say total fuel costs and not clarify in any helpful way. Lastly, when you suggest a simple way to make the process more transparent simple sign that says vehicles will be topped up on site regardless and request a refund of disputed amount, they'll ignore you. They made 16% more from a 2hr rental from me just doing these "hidden fee" tactics. Wonder how many people they charge like that over a year?

NOT RECOMMENDED. Rented a truck from dominion rd office. Truck was horrible to drive and really dirty inside. 30minutes into a 4.5hr drive the front drivers side tyre blew and sent us across two lanes of traffic at 90kph on the motorway. If anyone was beside us we would most probably all be dead. Called them and the manager was rude and kept interrupting me on the phone. I then checked the rest of the tyres on the truck we're almost down to the wire and dry rotted. After a 2.5hr wait on the side of mway the tyre guy came and had a look at the rest of the tyres and agreed that the truck should not be on the road and was extremely dangerous. Went to speak to the manager when returning the truck then laughed at me when I told him the vehicle was unsafe and wouldn't even talk to me about getting a refund and tried blaming the place they buy there tyres from. SEE YOU IN COURT GUYS!!!

Great company to deal with. Happily hire from them again in the future. Real easy to deal with pick up and dropping off Cheers team

I recently hired a 2 ton truck to move house. I found their service spot on and the truck was easy to drive , which made our move so much easier. No issues recommending them

Rented a Ford Transit for a day to move houses and got the transit jumbo which was a big plus to our move. The vehicle was in good condition and easy to drive. Customer service was great, the guy at the front was really good at explaining the whole process which made everything quick and easy. Paid $134 for the day incl. fuel. They have diesel pumps onsite which helped as I did not have to worry filling up the van before returning.
