Neat little park and the trains are so cool. Mokos loved it. Great spot
I parked here one Tuesday morning in my bus and noticed cars parked around the perimeter in a double lane. To my surprise at 9.30-10am, the Ika van was handing out fishheads+frames. Glory be, that's a feed for anyone that knows how tasty a Snapper fishhead is or how much meat comes from it to make a tasty meal.
Kings birthday weekend trip here.nLots of people, very busy. But lots of trains running, mix of electric/diesel locomotives and steam locomotives also. Great time for adults and kids alike
This park is great and is apart of Thursday run routine as I run laps with my dog. Good fun good sweat. Brand new playground that has been built. Also there is mini train rides that are available that's great for kids. Theres also a Sports club called Mangere United AFC for football soccer.
Cool little park for the kids to play on after school have races on the field. Mckinstry shop just across the road for ice blocks on a hot day.
