Went to swap a ripped bank note, that u can do at any bank, was ask what bank i was with, anz. Told to go there. Anz was cclosed took it to asb, they wherenfreindly, and happily swaped the note .nkiwibank...must be bankist. Will register my car elsewhere now
Lovely owners who support the local community, great suppliers of postal help and banking tips. Not just postshop and kiwibank they also have various stationary, magazines, books, cards and gifts for sale. They have some really well price new Zealand themed gifts and you can have items personalized engraved for the special touch to them. Great for last minute bill payments to open until six but will serve all customers before they close which is so great when you pop in after work to get things done.
Poor customer service. Customer service representative asked me to wait 1.5h to verify bank account documents.
It didn't open till 9am. So false advertising no good having 8.30 if your not going to be open at that time. Including me there we're 4 of us waiting.
