I had an experience opening a new bank account at ANZ. VIVIANNE, the costumer service representative, Was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process.She patiently guided me through every step, answered all my questions, And made sure everything went smoothly.I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise.Highly recommend ANZ for their outstanding service!
I still remember the day I went to this branch to get an account. I was a new resident and was going to prepare for my nursing cap program. The lady who was standing outside didn't let us in. I didn't understand, but my husband took me to asb nearby. He was so furious. I always think what was stopping them from giving me an account, and getting all my money to their bank. Anyhow, strange behaviour from their employee. Thought I should write it as I wouldn't have chosen asb if they didn't let me in.
Please see Shefali Mehta when you visit the ANZ branch at Mt Roskill she serves people with her beautiful smile and makes people easily understand what they need and you never leave the ANZ without a smile on your face
The most condescending, rude, dismissive customer service I've literally ever encountered. How do these people have their jobs.
The worst branch service.nSlow and staff could not care less.
