I used the ATM here to deposit some money. It was quick and easy to use. The machine was working well and I had no problems. A good ATM if you need to deposit or withdraw money.

Consulted two female staff, very impatient and inconsiderate. Very disappointed with ASB Westcity branch! Would never like to deal with it if I don't need to. Sorry to know you guys live up to the negative services I have ever heard.

Pepe at Henderson ASB Bank was amazing! She was so patient and helpful, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vicki, an Executive Customer Specialist at the ASB Bank West City Henderson branch, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in to open a new bank account, Vicki was incredibly kind, engaging, and genuinely interested in ensuring I had a smooth experience. She was not only helpful but also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Vicki is an absolute gem of a person, and her dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend her for any banking needs!nnThank you Vicki !!!nnClaude
